Treatment for Hypertension

Q. - What alternative treatment for hypertension can you recommend? Should I discontinue the beta blocker that I currently take? I feel drowsy in the workplace.
I heard that fish oil is good for hypertension. Is this true?

A. - One side effect of beta blocker treatment for hypertension is drowsiness.

Other side effects include

  • Anxiety

  • Constipation

  • Diarrhea

  • Depression

  • dizziness

  • Nervousness

  • Skin Rashes

If you experience any or a combination of these side effects, consult your doctor.
Another side effect you must be aware of is feeling thirsty all the time.

Regarding fish oil, yes, it is good for hypertension because it has omega-3 fatty acids.

These fatty acids can be found in deep-water fish.
By the way, better include fish in your diet from now on. You'll have a better chance of avoiding heart disease if you include fish in your daily menu.

Fish oil side effects

  1. Belching

  2. Body odor

  3. Fishy breath

I suggest that you do an internal cleanse with aloe vera gel first before you take your daily fish oil capsules.

Aloe vera works in synergy with fish oil against hypertension.

Note: Do not take fish oil capsules if you have bleeding problems.
